NextDay Drop provides courier, parcel shipping, moving, and international pet transport services. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services booked through our website, email, or phone.
All quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the customer. Final pricing may vary if shipment details differ from the original quote. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
A booking is confirmed once the customer accepts the quote and completes payment. Payment must be made in full before shipment unless a credit arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified.
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. NextDay Drop is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, airline schedules, or other factors beyond our control.
Basic coverage is included with all shipments. Additional insurance can be purchased at the time of booking. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
Pet transport services are subject to the regulations of the origin and destination countries. The customer is responsible for ensuring all health certificates, vaccinations, and import permits are obtained before transport. NextDay Drop will advise and assist but cannot guarantee regulatory approval.
NextDay Drop does not transport hazardous materials, illegal substances, weapons, or any items prohibited by law in the origin or destination country.
NextDay Drop's liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the coverage amount of the selected insurance plan, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds are available after pickup has been completed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
